Eligibility Criteria

  • Current seniors who are members, in good standing, of the Choir Program at Colgan Senior High School
  • Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application
  • Carrying a minimum 2.5 GPA at the time of application
  • Accepted to and enrolling full-time in a Music Major Program at an accredited U.S. undergraduate program for fall, OR, participating in a recognized program directly-related to the fine or performing arts

Gather Your Application Materials
  • Create a resume - detailing education, Colgan Choir involvement, extra-cirricular activities, leadership within the choir program and achievements/accolades.
  • Request a copy of your high school transcripts. An unoffical transcript from the PWCS website will suffice.
  • Request a Letter of Recommendation from a non-Choir instructor, employer, coach or community member who knows you well enough to speak to your accomplishments and music involvement.
  • Draft a response to the two (2) following prompts (250 word limit):
  1. What is the most important piece of advice you would pass to a new Colgan Choir student and why?
  2. How has Choir positively affected your life & why do you want to continue your involvement in music?

What Happens During the Call. What’s going to happen during the call? What are the benefits your future clients will get?

If you are going to be a Non-Music Major...

$500 Scholarship Available
